How Cute Little Girls Use Slim Belts to Polish Their Outfit

By Glee

A little slim belt can go a long way in terms of adding finishing touch to an outfit. We grown ups use it to add a pop of color to a dark ensemble, create a well-defined silhouette, emphasize our narrow waist, or simply to add fun details to the overall result.

Nowadays I´ve been so amazed at how little fashionistas quickly adapt the trend. Many of them aced the belted look and even grown up ladies could learn a piece or two from their style.

Slim Contrast Belt

Layering of two clashing prints such as sailor stripes and polka dot is a style trend that almost everyone is mastering in this modern era. But this girl knows that the best thing to finish the look is by pulling everything together with a slim contrast belt. I´m now digging fluorescent belts!

Belted Flowy Dress

In order to give body to a lightweight airy dress, cinch the waist with a braid belt. Sure, breezy dresses are comfortable, but creating a defined waist with a slim belt is more flattering.

Belt Elegance

Some girls want to throw a cardigan on a sleeveless dress. In order to make things look formal, add a complimentary slim belt on top everything. Remember that if you remove the cardigan, the belt would create an illusion of trumpet skirt out of this drop waist dress.

Drape Cardigan with Belt

The right coordinates! This little darling coordinated her slim belt with the color of her fringed boots. Plus her drape cardigan now looks like a wrap dress. I´m now digging navy blue and white maritime stripes.

Bow Belt

Some girls really love to play girly. Bow belts are now earning popularity thanks to fashionistas who love to embrace their femininity. Adding a bow belt to a denim dress, plus those pair of brown riding boots, sounds like a great spring outfit idea!

Belted Sweater Dress

If you didn´t realize yet, sweater dresses are a girl´s spring staple. I´m loving how this girl pulled off a belted stripe sweater and western boots get up. I find her chain necklace over the top (plus I don´t recommend heavy jewelries on little girls) but this style idea is totally cute.
